Description
Ertalon® 66-GF30 glass-filled Nylon 66 rod. This rod is manufactured under the Ertalon® 66-GF30 trade name – the 30% glass-fibre reinforced grade of Nylon 66 that engineers specify by name for stiff, dimensionally stable structural parts.
Glass-filled Nylon 66 (PA66-GF30) rod in black, from 10mm to 200mm diameter – every standard size on one page. This is Nylon 66 reinforced with 30% glass fibre. The glass fibre makes it stiffer, stronger and more dimensionally stable than unfilled nylon, so it holds its shape under load and at higher temperatures – ideal for structural and load-bearing machined parts.

Which rod do I need?
- Ertalon® 66-GF30 glass-filled Nylon 66 (this rod) – when stiffness, strength and dimensional stability matter most.
- Nylon 66 rod – unfilled PA66 in natural and black, tougher and less abrasive to machine.
- Nylatron® GS MoS₂-filled Nylon 66 rod – a black-grey bearing grade with lower friction and better wear resistance for bushes and sliding parts.
- Graphite-filled Nylon 66 rod – a self-lubricating grade.
- Delrin acetal homopolymer rod – an acetal alternative with low moisture uptake for precision parts.

Q: Is the price per rod or per pack?
A: 10mm is priced per pack of 7 × 1000mm rods. All other diameters are priced per single 1000mm rod.
Q: What does PA66-GF30 mean?
A: It is Nylon 66 (polyamide 66) reinforced with 30% glass fibre.
Q: Is this genuine Ertalon®?
A: Yes – it is manufactured under the Ertalon® 66-GF30 trade name.
Q: Can I get a custom length?
