- Ertalyte® tends to be rather notch and impact sensitive, all “internal” corners should be radiused (R > 1 mm) and to avoid chipping the edges during turning, boring or milling, chamfered edges are advantageous, providing a smoother transition between the cutting tool and the plastics work.
