This high-performance reinforced TPU hose is a transparent ether-based material that features a TPU-coated steel spiral for added durability. With a constant wall thickness of 0.7mm, this hose is designed using a special TPU that ensures permanent antistatic properties (R<10⁹ Ohm/m). The smooth inner surface enhances flow properties, making it an excellent choice for various applications.

It offers outstanding resistance to UV rays, microbes, and hydrolysis, while maintaining the organoleptic properties (taste, smell, color, texture) of the medium conveyed. This hose is food grade according to EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1, D2, E) and FDA (CFR 21-Item 177.2600), ensuring safe usage in food processing environments.

Operating efficiently in a temperature range of -40 to 90°C, it can be made conductive by grounding the spiral (R<10² Ohm/m). Typical applications include light suction of abrasive media in the food processing and pharmaceutical industries.
