Premium Yellow Acrylic Sheet 260 is a high-performance acrylic sheet product that offers excellent surface hardness, durability (guaranteed for 10 years), and consistent color quality. Acrylic sheets are available in solid or opaque, translucent, and transparent options. While opaque colors block light completely, transparent colors allow light to pass through undistorted, making objects easily distinguishable. Translucent colors partially allow light passage while obscuring the clarity of objects behind them.
Our custom cut service provides five different edge finishes:
- Saw Edge: A smooth edge that minimizes chipping, presenting a frosted appearance.
- Milled Edge: A smooth "satin" edge with minimal striations, ideal for solvent bonding applications.
- Laser Cut Edge: A glossy edge created by intense laser heat, providing a polished finish that does not require further edge finishing.
- Diamond Polish: Edges are polished using diamond-tipped cutters rotating at up to 24,000 rpm, resulting in a crystal-clear finish (some rotational marks may be noticeable).
- Diamond Polish & Buff: The diamond polished edge is buffed for an enhanced glossy appearance.
The long-term service temperature range of this acrylic sheet is from -40°C to 80°C. Common applications include interior design, retail displays, signage, and point-of-sale units. This acrylic sheet is also suitable for CNC routing, laser cutting, and various fabrication processes.
