This Premium Transparent Ether-Based TPU Hose is reinforced with a grey high adhesion TPU coated steel spiral. It features a constant wall thickness of 0.4mm throughout the entire range, with the wall material being permanently antistatic (R<10⁹ Ohm/m). This hose offers excellent resistance to abrasion, UV exposure, flexing, hydrolysis, and microbes, making it an ideal choice for various applications.
This hose is classified as food grade according to EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D2, E) and FDA regulations (CFR 21-Item 177.2600), making it suitable for the transportation of fatty foods. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -40°C to 90°C. Additionally, it is axially compressible at a ratio of 5:1, and can be made conductive by grounding the spiral (R<10² Ohm/m).
