This Premium Reinforced TPU Food Hose is a transparent ester-based TPU hose, featuring an ivory anti-shock rigid PVC spiral. The hose has a wall thickness ranging from 0.8 to 1.2 mm, providing a smooth inner surface and a corrugated outer surface. It is lightweight and flexible, boasting high mechanical properties, and is exceptionally resistant to abrasion, microbes, hydrolysis, and flexion.
This hose is food grade compliant, adhering to FDA regulations (cfr 21-Item 177.2600) and EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D2, and E). The spiral element is also food grade, making it suitable for various applications.
The temperature range of this hose is from -40 to 80°C, allowing for versatile usage in multiple environments. Typical applications include medium suction of dry food materials such as grains, animal feed, sugar, flour, and other abrasive foodstuffs. It is also suitable for transporting fatty foods. In agricultural settings, it is often used on seed drills and combined machines, as well as in aquaculture for handling fish.
