Description
The Premium Semi Rigid Nylon Tube is manufactured using a high viscosity extrusion grade Nylon 12 (Polyamide 12, PA12). This high-performance material offers good chemical resistance and excellent resistance to weathering, along with significantly lower water absorption compared to Nylon 6. The tube is designed to operate effectively within a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, making it suitable for various applications.

FAQ
-
What is the maximum operating temperature for this tube? The tube can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C.
-
What material is the tube made from? It is made from high viscosity Nylon 12, offering excellent chemical resistance.
-
What is the significance of the working pressure ratings? The working pressure figures are based on the theoretical burst pressure at 20°C using a 1:4 safety factor. Increased temperatures will decrease pressure capabilities.
