This Premium Reinforced TPU Hose is designed for high-performance applications. Constructed from transparent ether-based TPU, it features a TPU-coated AISI 302 INOX steel spiral for added durability. With a consistent wall thickness of 0.9mm, this hose is not only lightweight but also exceptionally flexible, even in low temperatures.
The specially formulated TPU makes the wall material permanently antistatic (R<10⁹ Ohm/m), ensuring safety and efficiency in various applications. The hose's smooth inner surface enhances flow properties while providing excellent resistance to UV rays, microbes, hydrolysis, mineral oils, chemicals, ozone, and weathering. It is highly neutral in taste and odor, preserving the organoleptic properties (taste, smell, color, texture) of the conveyed medium.
Compliant with food grade standards according to FDA Regulations (title 21 CFR 177.2600) and EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1, D2, E), this hose withstands temperatures ranging from -40°C to 90°C, with short-term peaks up to 125°C. It is suitable for heavy-duty applications requiring exceptional abrasion resistance, making it ideal for the food and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in chemical applications where microbe resistance is critical. Additionally, it is frequently used in the plastic industry for suctioning granulates intended for contact with foodstuffs and in street cleaning vehicles.
