This Premium hose features an inner layer constructed from a special blend of PVC/NBR, enhanced with a harmonic steel spiral and polyester yarn for reinforcement. A copper wire is integrated between the two layers to provide conductivity (R<10² Ohm/m).
Both the inner liner and outer cover of this hose are designed to be smooth, minimizing friction and reducing dirt accumulation during use. It remains highly flexible even at low temperatures and is resistant to abrasion, aging, weathering, and ozone exposure. Its operational temperature range spans from -30°C to 80°C.
Typical applications for this hose include suction and delivery of mineral oils, lubricants, crude fuel (such as naphtha and diesel oil), and it serves effectively as a return line in hydraulic systems.
The hose can be provided in cut lengths or with couplings to meet specific application requirements.
