This premium reinforced PVC hose is produced using a special bio-based PVC compound derived from natural sources. It features a steel spiral and polyester yarn reinforcement, ensuring durability and performance. The hose is completely smooth on both the inside and outside, providing excellent flow characteristics while being resistant to various chemicals and weathering.
Certified as food grade according to Reg. EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, and D1) and FDA Regulations (CFR 21 Item 176.170), this hose is suitable for transporting milk and dairy products. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -10 to 60°C and is conductive when the spiral is grounded (R<10² Ohm/m).
Typical applications of this hose include the suction and delivery of food liquids, beverages, fruit juices, wines, and liquors with alcohol concentrations up to 50%, as well as dairy products. It is frequently used in filling machines and dispensers, making it a versatile choice for various industries.
