This Premium Reinforced PVC Hose is produced with a special bio-based PVC compound derived from natural sources and reinforced with a steel spiral. It is designed to be very light and flexible, with a completely smooth interior and exterior. This hose is resistant to various chemicals and weather conditions, making it highly versatile for multiple applications.

Food grade compliant according to Reg. EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, and D1) and FDA Regulations (CFR 21 Item 176.170), this hose is suitable for the transfer of milk and dairy products (class D1). It operates within a temperature range of -10 to 60°C and is conductive by grounding the spiral with a resistance of R<10² Ohm/m.

Typical applications include suction and delivery of food liquids, beverages, fruit juices, wine, and liquors with up to 50% alcohol concentration, as well as milk and dairy products. It is often used in filling machines and dispensers.

This hose can be supplied as cut lengths or with couplings to fit your specific application needs.
