Description
The Premium 90° Reducing Compression Tee is expertly designed to connect polyethylene (PELD, PEMD, and PEHD) and PPR pipes. It is perfect for the distribution of pressurized fluids in irrigation and water systems, ensuring compliance with the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme for potable water. This high-performance fitting operates efficiently within a temperature range of -10°C to 80°C.
This fitting is designed for convenience, as it does not require complete disassembly for installation. It has been rigorously tested to guarantee a working pressure of PN16, making it suitable for various applications such as drinking water conveyance in aqueducts and civil installations, irrigation and gardening, fire-fighting systems, geothermal systems, and compressed air systems.
Installation
- Cut the pipe squarely and chamfer the ends to ensure a proper fit.
- Loosen the nut to open the clinching ring, facilitating easier pipe insertion. Note that the nut and internal components (thrust ring and O-ring) should not be removed from the body.
