Edge Finishes
Our cut-to-size service offers five distinct edge finishes:
- Saw Edge: A smooth edge with minimal chipping, giving a frosted appearance.
- Milled Edge: A satin-smooth edge with minimal striations, ideal for solvent bonding.
- Laser Cut Edge: A glossy, polished edge achieved through laser cutting, requiring no further finishing.
- Diamond Polish: Edges polished using diamond-tipped cutters at high RPM, providing a crystal-clear finish, although some rotational marks may be visible.
- Diamond Polish & Buff: Further enhances the glossy finish with additional buffing for a high-quality appearance.
