Premium 100% Recycled PolyPly Plastic Sheets offer an innovative building material that serves as a sustainable alternative to timber, plywood, or virgin plastic panels. Made from 100% mixed waste plastic, primarily polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), these sheets are fully recyclable at the end of their life, allowing for repeated repurposing.
These PolyPly Sheets are tough and durable, resistant to rot and weather, and water-resistant. They are also chew-resistant and non-toxic to animals. Requiring little to no maintenance, these sheets can be cut and screwed using standard woodworking tools, similar to traditional timber. However, they significantly outlast timber and plywood.
The 12.5mm sheets feature a 2mm skin constructed from finely ground material on both the top and bottom. The core material consists of coarsely ground material, ensuring a more compact core compared to the 19mm sheets. Please note that due to the varying nature of recycled materials used, colors may vary considerably between batches.
