Premium 100% Recycled PolyPly Plastic Sheets offer an innovative and sustainable alternative to timber, plywood, or virgin plastic panels. These sheets are manufactured from 100% mixed waste plastic, primarily polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), ensuring that they can be fully recycled at the end of their life cycle, allowing for repurposing repeatedly.
These sheets are tough, durable, rot-proof, weatherproof, and water-resistant. Additionally, they are chew-resistant and non-toxic to animals. Requiring little to no maintenance, these sheets can be cut or screwed just like traditional timber using standard woodworking tools. However, they significantly outlast timber and plywood.
The 12.5mm sheets feature a 2mm skin made from finely ground material on both the top and bottom. The core material consists of coarsely ground material, which provides a more compact core compared to the 19mm version. Please note, the colors can vary significantly between batches due to the diverse nature of recycled materials used.
