Description
Description
100% Recycled PolyPly Plastic Sheets are an innovative new building material designed to be a sustainable alternative to timber, plywood or virgin plastic panels. Manufactured from 100% mixed waste plastic, mainly PE and PP, these sheets can be fully recycled at end of life meaning that they can be repurposed over and over again.
PolyPly Sheets are tough and durable, rot and weatherproof, and water-resistant. They are also chew-resistant and non-toxic to animals. Requiring little or no maintenance, these sheets can be cut/screwed in the same way as traditional timber using standard woodworking tools, but they are significantly longer-lasting compared to timber and plywood.
The 12.5mm sheets are constructed with a 2mm skin, made from finely ground material, top and bottom. The core material is made up of coarsely ground material, although the 12.5mm sheet has a more compact core than the 19mm sheet. Please note that, due to the varied nature of recycled materials used, colours can vary significantly between batches.
