100% Recycled Plastic Sheets are an innovative new building material designed to be a sustainable alternative to timber, plywood, or virgin plastic panels. Manufactured from 100% mixed waste plastic, mainly PE and PP, these sheets can be fully recycled at the end of life, meaning that they can be repurposed over and over again.
These sheets are tough and durable, rot and weatherproof, and water-resistant. They are also chew-resistant and non-toxic to animals. Requiring little or no maintenance, these sheets can be cut and screwed in the same way as traditional timber using standard woodworking tools, but they are significantly longer lasting compared to timber and plywood.
The 19mm standard sheet is constructed with a 2mm skin made from finely ground material on the top and bottom. The core material consists of coarsely ground material. Minimum order quantities and extended lead times apply for colored sheets. Please note that, due to the varied nature of recycled materials used, colors can vary significantly between batches.
