This Premium transparent PVC-P hose is reinforced with an ivory anti-shock rigid PVC spiral. It is lightweight, highly flexible, and features a smooth inner surface designed to withstand loads, weathering, and a broad spectrum of chemicals.
The hose is food grade compliant according to EU Regulation 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1), making it suitable for transporting milk and dairy products. The spiral component is also food grade, ensuring that this hose is entirely safe for food applications. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -10°C to 60°C.
Typical applications for this hose include the suction and delivery of food powders such as flours, light grains, and freeze-dried foodstuffs. It is also appropriate for general liquids, including beverages, juices, milk, vinegar, wines, and liquors with an alcohol concentration of up to 50%. This hose is widely utilized in tank trucks for milk collection. An antistatic version with copper wire is also available for specific applications.
