This premium transparent PVC-P hose is reinforced with a steel spiral, ensuring durability and strength. It features a smooth inner surface that enhances flow properties and facilitates easy cleaning after use. The clear wall allows for easy detection of the media being transferred. It is resistant to a variety of chemicals and weather conditions.
The hose is food-grade, compliant with EU Regulation 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1) and FDA Regulation 178.3790 – 176.170, making it suitable for transferring milk and milk byproducts. Its operational temperature range is between -10°C and 60°C, and it is conductive by grounding the spiral (R<10² Ohm/m).
Typical applications include suction and delivery of food liquids, beverages, fruit juices, milk, wine, and liquors with up to 20% alcohol concentration. It is ideal for use in filling machines and dispensers, as well as in agriculture for spraying.
