This Premium Food Grade Antistatic Hose is a transparent ester-based TPU hose reinforced with an ivory anti-shock rigid PVC spiral. With a wall thickness of 0.8 to 1.2mm, the inner surface of this hose is smooth while the outer surface is corrugated. It is lightweight and flexible, offering high mechanical properties and exceptional resistance to abrasion, microbes, hydrolysis, and flexion.
This hose is food grade certified according to FDA regulations (cfr 21-Item 177.2600) and to EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D2, and E). The spiral reinforcement is also food grade compliant. The operating temperature range for this hose is -40 to 80°C, making it versatile for various applications.
Typical applications include medium suction of dry food such as grains, animal feed, sugar, flour, and other abrasive foodstuffs. It is also suitable for transporting fatty foods. In agriculture, it can be installed on seed drills and combined machines, and it is utilized in aquaculture for fish handling.
