Edge Finishes
Our cut-to-size service offers five edge finishes to suit your needs:
- Saw Edge: A smooth edge with minimal chipping that has a frosted appearance.
- Milled Edge: A satin smooth edge with minimal striations, perfect for solvent bonding.
- Laser Cut Edge: A highly polished glossy edge created by the intense heat from a laser beam, requiring no further finishing.
- Diamond Polish: Achieved using diamond-tipped cutters rotating at high speeds for a crystal-clear finish, though some rotational marks may be visible.
- Diamond Polish & Buff: The diamond polished edge is further buffed to enhance the glossy premium appearance.
