Thick Wall Tubes
Thick wall tubes are double-cast, meaning a second tube is cast inside the first to achieve the desired thickness. While this maintains the physical properties of single-cast tubes, optical distortion and tolerance issues may result. Complaints about the quality of double-cast tubes are not accepted.
Applies to sizes:
- Outside diameter 60-100mm, wall thickness 8, 10, 12 & 15mm
- Outside diameter 110-610mm, wall thickness 12 & 15mm
