These high-performance, roll-wrapped carbon fibre tubes feature a glossy, woven finish, making them ideal for applications where aesthetics are important. With the classic appearance of 2/2 twill carbon fibre, combined with a 100% roll-wrapped prepreg carbon fibre construction, these tubes are designed for demanding mechanical applications, while also providing a visually striking carbon fibre appearance.
Manufactured using alternating layers of high-strength unidirectional carbon fibre, these tubes run both lengthwise for stiffness and at 90 degrees around the tube for hoop strength. While pultruded carbon fibre tubes offer good longitudinal strength, roll-wrapped tubes are preferable for applications subject to various forces, including bending, twisting, and crushing.
