Description

This premium polyurethane (PU) polyether hose is designed for the suction and transport of abrasive materials and dry foods. It features a PVC spiral and copper wire for effective antistatic rendering, ensuring safety and performance in various applications. The hose is resistant to hydrolysis in warm water up to 60°C, making it ideal for diverse environments.

Key characteristics include excellent resistance to microorganisms and a wire resistance of 0.075 ohm/m, along with good weathering resistance. With a temperature range of -25°C to +85°C, this hose meets the requirements of Reg. CE 1935/2004 and Reg. UE 10/2011 for contact with dry foodstuffs, validated through specific migration tests performed at 70°C for 1 hour.

Typical applications include agricultural, building, and industrial sectors. The hose can be supplied as cut lengths or assembled with couplings to suit specific needs.
