Premium 100% Recycled PolyPly Plastic Sheets are an innovative building material designed to be a sustainable alternative to timber, plywood, or virgin plastic panels. Manufactured from 100% mixed waste plastic, mainly polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), these sheets can be fully recycled at the end of their life cycle, meaning they can be repurposed repeatedly.
These PolyPly Sheets are tough and durable, rot and weatherproof, and water-resistant. They are also chew-resistant and non-toxic to animals. Requiring little or no maintenance, these sheets can be cut or screwed in the same way as traditional timber using standard woodworking tools, but they are significantly longer-lasting when compared to timber and plywood.
The 20mm anti-slip sheets feature a 2mm skin made from finely ground material on the top and bottom, with an anti-slip mesh integrated into the top skin layer. The core material consists of coarsely ground material. The anti-slip sheets are popular in flooring and shelving applications.
Minimum order quantities and extended lead times apply for blue and green sheets. Please note that, due to the varied nature of recycled materials used, colors can vary significantly between batches.
Suggested support span when used as flooring: 350-400mm.
