Our Premium Aluminium Composite Panels consist of an aluminium layer on either side of a polyethylene core. These sheets are lightweight, easy to handle, and fabricate with a high gloss finish, excellent color retention, and top-level flatness.
The panels provide a high-grade print surface, with an optimized polyester lacquer system perfect for direct substrate digital printing. This system results in excellent ink adhesion and allows for advanced printing speeds. Using colored sheets reduces overall costs and wasted time by eliminating the need for large area vinyl or full-color prints.
Aluminium Composite Panels are ideal for various applications including signage, hoardings, point of sale, and exhibition displays. The white and color sheets come with a 10-year internal color warranty and a 5-year external warranty.
