Our Aluminium Composite Panels consist of an Aluminium layer on either side of a polyethylene core. The standard Aluminium layers are available in thicknesses of 0.15mm, 0.20mm, and 0.30mm. These sheets are lightweight, easy to handle, and fabricate, making them perfect for various applications.
Featuring a high gloss finish, excellent color retention, and a top level of flatness, these panels provide a high-grade print surface. The white painted material is treated with an optimized polyester lacquer system that ensures perfect adhesion for direct substrate digital printing. This system allows for advanced printing speeds and reduces overall costs by eliminating the need for large area vinyl or full-color print applications.
