Our Premium Aluminium Composite Panels consist of an aluminium layer on either side of a polyethylene core. Standard aluminium layers come in thicknesses of 0.15, 0.20, and 0.30mm. The sheets are lightweight and easy to handle and fabricate. They feature a high gloss, good colour retention, and top-level flatness.
These panels provide a high-grade print surface. All white painted material comes with an optimised polyester lacquer system perfect for direct substrate digital print. This system results in excellent ink adhesion and allows for advanced printing speeds. Coloured sheets reduce overall cost and wasted time by eliminating the need to apply large area vinyl or full-colour print.
