Our cut-to-size service provides five distinct edge finishes:
- Saw Edge: A smooth edge with minimal chipping, resulting in a frosted appearance.
- Milled Edge: A satin-smooth edge with minimal striations, perfect for solvent bonding.
- Laser Cut Edge: A glossy edge finished by the intense heat of a laser beam, requiring no further edge finishing.
- Diamond Polish: Created using diamond-tipped cutters at high speeds, resulting in a crystal-clear finish, though some rotational marks may be visible.
- Diamond Polish & Buff: The diamond-polished edge is buffed for an enhanced glossy appearance.
The long-term service temperature range of this acrylic sheet is from -40°C to 80°C. It is ideal for applications in interior design, retail displays, signage, and point of sale. The acrylic sheet is well-suited for CNC routing, laser cutting, and fabrication.
