This premium 3D honeycomb composite sheet features a core made from melted polycarbonate straws in three different diameters, creating a lightweight yet rigid material ideal for many indoor applications. The straws are randomly melted into a cohesive block that is then shortened to the desired core thickness. The core is finished with glued cover sheets available in acrylic or PETG, depending on the required properties for specific applications.
The composite sheet is easy to cut and can be finished with standard accessories, such as profile frames, handles, hinges, and can also be edged with the same material as the external layers. It is available in clear gloss or clear satin finishes, providing versatility in aesthetic and functional applications.
