Premium-grade Nylon 6 (PA6) natural sheet, cut to 500mm × 500mm at 6mm thickness. This cream/ivory coloured engineering thermoplastic is one of the most widely used materials in precision engineering, offering an outstanding combination of mechanical strength, wear resistance, low friction and excellent machinability.
Suitable for a wide range of CNC machining, turning, milling and fabrication applications across the engineering, automotive, food processing and general manufacturing sectors.

Machining Guidelines
Nylon 6 machines cleanly using standard HSS or carbide tooling. Use sharp tools, moderate cutting speeds and air or coolant to manage heat. Drill undersized and finish-ream for precise bore tolerances. Sheets can be sawn, milled, turned and laser cut.
