Fabrication Guide

Rigid PVC machines cleanly using standard woodworking or metalworking tooling — circular saws, jigsaws, drills, routers and mills all work well. For the best finish use carbide-tipped blades with 10–20mm tooth spacing. Edges can be degreased and bonded with solvent cement or contact adhesive. PVC welding rod can be used for continuous butt or fillet welds.
