The Premium 3D Honeycomb Composite Sheet features a unique core constructed from melted polycarbonate straws in three different diameters. The straws are randomly melted together into a block, subsequently shortened to achieve the desired core thickness. This innovative design is then enhanced with glued cover sheets crafted from acrylic or PETG, tailored to meet specific application requirements.
Lightweight yet incredibly rigid, this composite sheet is ideal for a wide range of indoor applications. It is easy to cut and can be finished with standard accessories and profile frames, as well as handles and hinges. Additionally, it can be edged using the same material as the external layers, providing a seamless look. The sheet is available in both clear gloss and clear satin finishes, allowing for aesthetic flexibility.
