This Premium 3D Honeycomb Composite Sheet features a core made from melted polycarbonate straws in three different diameters, creating a lightweight yet rigid structure. The straws are randomly melted into a block and then shortened to achieve the required core thickness. Glued cover sheets made of acrylic or PETG can be applied, depending on the necessary properties for specific applications.
Ideal for numerous indoor uses, this composite sheet is easy to cut and can be finished with standard accessories including profiles, frames, handles, and hinges. The material can be edged with the same layers used for the exterior. The black core provides a unique effect; when viewed perpendicularly, the panel is transparent, but at angles greater than 30°, it becomes opaque. Available in clear gloss or clear satin finishes, this product offers versatility and aesthetic appeal.
