This Premium Flame Retardant MDF panel is specifically developed for use in fire rated applications where a Euroclass B or C flame retardant board is required under building regulations. It is suitable for use in internal dry conditions as defined in EN622 part 5 and for use in Hazard Class 1 of EN 335-3. Note that it is not suitable for external or structural applications.
The Premium MDF sheets can be used for wall linings, partitions, display panels, and ceilings. Typical installations include hotel foyers, offices, public libraries, schools, cinemas, and other public buildings. This product has been certified for use in fire retardant partition systems, achieving a “60 Minute Fire Rated Partition Wall (non-load bearing)” when used as the wall lining.
This MDF is FSC certified, ensuring it meets standards set by The Forest Stewardship Council, which promotes responsible management of the world's forests. It is also compliant with CARB2 standards.
