Description

Description

These Premium Compression Coupling Fittings are essential for connecting polyethylene (PELD, PEMD, and PEHD) and PPR pipes, specifically designed for the distribution of pressurized fluids in irrigation and water systems. Meeting the requirements of the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme for potable water, these fittings have an impressive operating temperature range of -10°C to 80°C.

The coupling is engineered for convenience, allowing installation without complete disassembly. It is designed and tested to ensure a PN16 working pressure, making it suitable for various applications including drinking water conveyance systems in aqueducts and civil installations, irrigation and gardening, fire-fighting systems, geothermal systems, waste and industrial water conveyance, and compressed air systems.

Installation Instructions

  • Cut the pipe squarely and chamfer the ends.
  • Loosen the nut to open the clinching ring, facilitating easier insertion of the pipe. The nut and internal components (thrust ring and O-ring) should remain inside the body.
  • Gently push the pipe into the fitting until it stops inside the body.
  • Tighten the nut completely. The fitting is now ready for use.
