Description
Premium PETG sheets offer high impact resistance, are easy and fast to process, and ensure excellent printing results with UV curing inks. They are flame retardant rated "difficult to ignite" and approved for use in the food industry. The UV variant provides good outdoor durability.
Premium PETG features enhanced thermoforming capabilities. Extremely high contour accuracy can be obtained at lower temperatures compared to traditional transparent materials. Vacuum forming requires no pre-drying and is therefore significantly quicker and more cost-effective.
Typical applications include thermoformed fronts for vending machines, vacuum formed trays for storage and manufacturing, medical appliances, retro-printed translucent signs, and three-dimensional POS items.
