Available Edge Finishes
Our cut-to-size service offers five distinct edge finishes:
- Saw Edge: A smooth edge with minimal or no chipping, featuring a frosted appearance.
- Milled Edge: A satin smooth edge with minimal striations, perfect for solvent bonding.
- Laser Cut Edge: A highly polished glossy edge produced by intense laser heat, eliminating the need for further finishing.
- Diamond Polish: Achieved using diamond-tipped cutters rotating at high speeds, this finish creates a crystal-clear edge, although some rotational marks may be present.
- Diamond Polish & Buff: The diamond polished edge is further buffed to enhance its glossy premium appearance.
